Managing ski handover directly outdoors!

This year we have worked to improve and offer a rental experience that is increasingly positive! This year, improvement means to dedicate full attention to the safety of all our guests.

We have made an important investment to avoid gatherings during the rental process thanks to a management system that rationalises the flows. This season, at Peak Sport Adventure, you will experience a unique ski rental process. At the shop entrance our guests will be directed to different paths according to their needs.

 

  • Customers needing boots, skis and poles (and maybe a helmet) will enter the shop and follow the classic rental system (they check-in, try the boots on, collect the skis and pay). Inside the shop one or our employees will always check that the safety distances are respected.
     
  • The customers that only need skis and poles (and maybe a helmet) will be directed to a path outside the shop where they will carry out the check-in. Thereafter, one of our employees will help the customer directly from a shop window that has been modified to allow for the delivery of skis and interaction with our staff.
    It will be possible to speak with our staff through an intercom system at the window.
    An electronic platform will make it possible to measure boots (and the customer will not have to take them off their feet).
    The skis, poles and helmet will be delivered through the window and the customer can pay directly without having to enter the shop.
    It is a one way path and once the rental procedure has been concluded the customer can leave in an orderly and safe manner.
